Douglas F. Clough, M.D. and Associates, PC is an independent medical practice composed of board-certified internal medicine specialists with over 40 years of experience in adult primary care, general internal medicine, geriatrics, health maintenance and preventative medicine.

Our team of physicians are dedicated to providing their patients with personalized individual care utilizing: comprehensive yearly exams, thorough follow-up visits and problem visits, appropriate diagnostic and health maintenance testing and education on disease prevention. Physicians in this practice utilize in person office visits, phone call communication with patients and, when appropriate, telemedicine visits.

Our patient’s health is personally managed by the physicians in this practice since we do not utilize physician assistants, nurse practitioners or other healthcare extenders.

Since this practice is an independent practice (not owned by any healthcare system) our physicians are dedicated to helping their patients obtain any necessary diagnostic or health maintenance testing at the best testing facility that their insurance will allow them to utilize. We will also help to find a specialist best suited to their individual problem. Since our physicians are independent and not owned by any healthcare system we are not encouraged or required to refer patients for diagnostic testing ordered to specialist physicians within a certain healthcare system.
